The premise of showing you this behind the scenes video is to show you that we all have struggles. We sometimes fall short of our goals. We sometimes let life get too hectic and we set ourselves in a coasting mode.
What were to happen if we stopped coasting? That question is the true intent of the video. I’d like you to join me as I continue my fitness nutrition and proper nutrition goals with Shakeology and the 21 Day Fix program. The main reason is this has helped me lose and maintain a constant weight with balanced nutrition. My husband and I have both been using the portion controlled meal plan and have done several rounds of the FIX 30 minute workouts with positive results. These two products are responsible for helping us continue our goal of leading a healthy lifestyle by focusing on two extremely important factors, exercise and nutrition.
