Plan for Success with Quick and Easy Meal Prepping

Meal prepping can seem overwhelming and you may think it takes a lot of time. But if you set aside an hour, let’s say on a Sunday afternoon, you can prep for success and stay on track with your nutrition for the week.

With her system, she uses color coated containers to measure so there is no need to count calories. Depending on your weight and caloric needs, this system will show you how many containers you need for each food category each day which makes it easier to plan.

Stir fry some vegetables in coconut oil and season with Himalayan salt and you have a flavorful vegetable medley to add to your meals.

After chopping, cooking and packing the food in individual trays, here is your finished product. All packed up for a few days for 2 people and ready to rock your nutrition! I love her Shakeology recipe ideas too. I would not have thought about putting beets in my shake…interesting!! Great quote from her when people ask her how she gets different nutrients into her diet…”Dude, I just drink Shakeology, everything is in there!”
